The hotel is situated in a vibrant chic neighborhood with numerous great concept stores, boutiques, and restaurants, within easy walking distance of the main tourist shopping street, The Meir. The rooms were very dark with only mood lighting along the floor and near the bed, and the absence of A/C made the stay less comfortable. Despite the small size of the room and the unique glass-separated toilet, the location near the cathedral and various dining options was a major plus.
The hotel room was disappointing in terms of space and cleanliness, making it feel cramped and not ideal for a double room. However, the artistic touch on the wall added some relief. The service was a mixture of unfriendliness and helpfulness, with some positive aspects like complimentary drinks and cheerful staff. The location was great, close to many attractions and easy to locate. The dining experience was not fully accommodating, especially for non-meat eaters. The hotel offers some facilities like dry cleaning and pet amenities.
